Welcome to the Introduction of the Healing and Clearing of Chakra Hypnosis session with me, Yvonne Cloete.
As we all know by now, the old is gone. Our Earth shifted into a new era. A new age, the age of the Aquarius.
To assist us, humans, to receive all the gifts, for this amazing time, to be alive on Earth, we need to get rid of all the old still stuck within us, especially around our energy field, or the non-physical, to be able to allow for the new to materialize in our lives. If we move into a new home, all the “old” stuff must be removed.
This is what we will do here in this hypnosis so that the new can be. We will now have the opportunity to go burn all that old junk. What is junk? Everything we don’t want in our lives anymore. Good memories we cherish and talk about. Old junk we put in attics and forget about to just gather dust, and in most cases, we know we should’ve gotten rid of it a long time ago. We will get rid of that doesn’t serve us anymore, especially those things we regret, feel ashamed, or guilty about. It’s time to heal the past.
Let go of what was. Just so you will know what to expect or what we will do, a quick explanation of this session. I use different breathing techniques for healing and clearing but with this session, we will use the Violet Flame of Healing Energy to clean our chakras and not the usual white light healing breath.
We will pretend we are in a tall building, (our bodies) where there are these rooms, each on a different floor, where we will go clear and clean.
Energy Healing
First, through healing breaths, we will burn with a blow torch within our bodies each chakra, quickly while inhaling and exhaling. Then later, in the hypnosis, we will go visit each chakra room individually, to ensure, each room is clear and cleaned from old debris, painful stuck energies, and stuff we might keep hidden in there, we never want to face again. Don’t worry we will not face any of those old stuff, we will only go clean out those attics.
We won’t go in there, to go reminisce on past pain and suffering. We will move from the lowest, the root chakra up to the highest, the crown chakra, to go burn all that is in each chakra with the violet flame. A gift from our non-physical parents.
We will take specific healing, deep breaths, into the stomach, and allow our consciousness to follow our breath, like we are Dennis Quid, from the movie, “Inner Space.”
We will imagine we are within our own body like he was. Just we won’t be in a space car but in a special healing suit, with a blow torch, who will blow a blue violet fire at each chakra, to burn off, all the old gunk.
We will have a blow torch in our hand, and we will move from each chakra up, and up until all chakras are burned clean and bright again. First, we will inhale and envision Mother Earth's beautiful pink light, her strong pink female energy, will move from the top of our heads, slowly and firmly downwards, and we will follow the breath down past the stomach to our feet and while it moves down, we will KNOW it’s to heal, erase, and cleanse each cell, each muscle, each nerve, each vein, each meridian from stress, anxiety, anger, worry, viruses, disease, bacteria, and all that is normally associated with living on this plane, while in our human bodies. All that is from the old.
We will hold this breath for three counts. 1. To ensure complete activation because when we exhale, we will envision the same breath turning into the male blue energy from our Father, our non-physical Source. 2. That breath will then mingle with our Mother's to turn into the violet-blue flame that we know is the gift from our parents to heal. 3. We will exhale and allow and envision or imagine, our Mother's pink cleansing energy merge with our Father's blue energy, to then blow at each chakra. We will quickly burn all that is stuck inside to ash. 4. Then, when we exhale, see in your mind's eye, your Third Eye, all that you just burned into ashes, all that has ever gotten stuck in your chakras' and energy fields, from not only this lifetime but all lifetimes that was engraved within you.
Watch it burn to ash for Mother Earth to lovingly absorb and dissipate. Make sure you give yourself at least an hour of YOU time for this session.
Turn off all distractions and put those cell phones on silent. Even put those beloved pets in another room only because they tend to want to join you when you go very deep into your right brain and might jump on you or seek your attention and some valuable healing could be missed because you will jump right back into your left brain. It’s difficult enough to turn that left brain to silent.
Sit in a comfortable chair, preferably with your back straight, arms and legs uncrossed. If you want to sit in a meditative crossed leg lotus position, even better. If you lay down, you might fall asleep and you will miss some valuable clearing and healing. So, let's go clear, clean, cleanse and open up our bodies and our chakra systems, to receive all the new energies flooding into Earth, helping Earth in our small way, to clear ourselves, so that Mother Earth’s, cleaning and healing work is less, on her.
